Gemini Janitorial has the ability to offer the following hard floor cleaning services:

 

Strip and Refinish of

Vinyl Composition Tile (VCT):     

Using commercial equipment to strip the old finish from the flooring, and then applying up to 3 coats of fresh floor finish.

                                                                      (Gemini now offers Chemical Free stripping of old finish)

 

Machine Scrub of

Ceramic/Porcelain Tile:                 

Using commercial equipment the ceramic/porcelain tile is scrubbed clean.  Grout is also cleaned using a specially designed brush.

 

Since these services do not reoccur from month to month they are consider one time services.  A one time service agreement is used to describe the work to be done.  As well as, to authorize the service by the customer.
