Gemini Janitorial has the ability to offer the following carpet cleaning services:

 

Bonnet Cleaning:                              

Using a low speed buffing machine with a carpet bonnet, the top of the carpet is scrubbed to remove surface dirt and spots.

                                                                        (Recommended to be done in-between steam cleaning)

 

Hot Water Extraction/SteamCleaning:                            

Using high pressure extraction equipment, clean water and chemical is sprayed onto the carpet and then the dirty water is vacuumed up to leave the carpet with a deeper clean.

 

Heavy Scrub and

Hot Water Extraction:                     

This process uses both the above mentioned methods for carpet that is heavily soiled.  Instead of a bonnet, a carpet brush may be used.

 

Since these services do not reoccur from month to month they are consider one time services.  A one time service agreement is used to describe the work to be done.  As well as, to authorize the service by the customer.
